On arrival at your 1st session a full consultation with the therapist will be carried out to obtain a medical and lifestyle history. This is necessary to establish if you are suitable for treatment or not. All information is confidential. A consultation may take up to 30 mins, so please allow 1 hour 30 mins for your first foot reflexology session and 1 hour approximately for hand reflexology. If you are having foot reflexology you will be required to remove your socks and shoes prior to treatment and lie down on a special chair called a lafuma. If you are receiving hand reflexology you will be required to remove rings, watches and bracelets before the treatment. Hand reflexology will be performed sitting at a table. At the end of the session you will be given aftercare advice.
